We are seeking a Senior SRE - Dynatrace to lead technical efforts and drive observability excellence across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will architect robust software solutions, manage incidents, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system resilience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities - Lead technical efforts, providing technical guidance and oversight to team members - Architect, design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions to meet project requirements - Collaborate with other technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success - Participate in the development and delivery of solution requirements, estimates and timelines - Maintain the quality of the technical deliverables and adhere to development standards and best practices - Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow or JIRA as a tracking tool - Be available for monitoring and escalation during off-hours and weekends, and carry pager duty for emergencies after hours - Triage tickets and update ticket details while assessing urgency - Be open to support on-call on rotation in India as well as in CST timings on a rotational basis - Drive continuous improvement in MTTD, MTTR and overall system resilience through proactive analysis and optimization - Document observability architecture, dashboards and operational runbooks in Confluence Requirements - 5-10 years of experience in software development - Background in Dynatrace administration and Dynatrace Workflows - Expertise in Event Management, Extensions and integrations in Dynatrace - Proficiency in Infrastructure as code deployments and Terraform - Skills in Kubernetes automation - Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow We offer - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.) .
