Senior Test Automation Engineer (with test management skills)

We're looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer (with test management skills) to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode . This role focuses on ensuring the quality of key banking applications, including a mobile banking app and a CRM platform. You will take full ownership of product quality, coordinate testing activities, and contribute to both automated and manual testing. As part of this role, you will collaborate with product owners, release management, internal QA resources, and EPAM crowd testing specialists to deliver robust, reliable software solutions in the banking domain.
