You are an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Administrator sought to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement for enterprise PeopleSoft environments. Your responsibilities will include PeopleTools administration, system upgrades, patch management, security administration, middleware management, and application support activities. You must possess strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, maintain, and support PeopleSoft environments using PeopleTools 8.5x or higher. - Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PeopleSoft application environments. - Manage and support middleware components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java, and related technologies. - Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. - Administer and support PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and related update processes. - Manage Integration Broker configurations and troubleshoot integration-related issues. - Execute change management activities including project migration, object migration, and deployment processes. - Administer and support Elasticsearch and Kibana within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. - Implement and maintain application security controls, user access management, and security best practices. - Develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks. - Support incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis activities. - Ensure compliance with change management and change control procedures. - Collaborate with technical and business teams to support system enhancements and operational improvements. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guides. Required Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Technical Administration. - Hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.5x or higher. - Strong experience in WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java administration, and PeopleSoft security administration. - Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Change Assistant. - Experience in PeopleTools and application upgrade projects. - Knowledge of Integration Broker administration and troubleshooting. - Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana administration. - Understanding of application cybersecurity principles and security best practices. - Proficiency in scripting and automation using batch scripting or similar technologies. - Knowledge of change management and change control methodologies. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft environments. - Familiarity with IT service management processes and operational support frameworks. - Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives. - Relevant certifications related to PeopleSoft, middleware technologies, or system administration are advantageous.
