Job Role: -ServiceNow IRM Consultant Job Location: -Gurgaon/Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai Experience :-4-8 Years Roles & Responsibilities:- Implement and support ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules including Risk, Policy, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Resilience, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM. Design and configure workflows, automations, and integrations using APIs, web services, and connectors. Develop and customize Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, and scoped applications. Manage deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting. Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to define epics, user stories, and solution designs. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Deliver end-to-end implementations from requirement gathering to go-live. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and stakeholder presentations. Required Skills:- 48 years of relevant ServiceNow experience with strong exposure to IRM modules. Hands-on scripting and customization expertise. Experience with integrations and product automation. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ecosystem. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Preferred Skills & Certifications:- Experience in IRM / Security Operations implementations (Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, SIR, VR). Exposure to ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). CIS Certifications (Risk & Compliance, SIR, TPRM, VR). Knowledge of GRC tools such as RSA Archer or MetricStream. Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or related field. Certifications preferred (not mandatory). Must be prepared for a live case study and hands-on scripting evaluation.
