As a Treasury Data Engineer at Epergne Solutions, your role will be crucial in the data squad under the Treasury Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for various activities including collaborating with users and change teams, confirming golden sources of data attributes, providing necessary timelines for data availability, and reviewing taxonomy requirements. Your expertise in Python and experience in developing dashboards and management information for Treasury functions will be essential. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring Data SLAs and OLAs are in place and optimizing the business model for straight-through processing. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with users and change teams to define required data attributes - Confirm golden sources and availability of data attributes, including frequency and granularity - Provide necessary timelines for data availability - Review non-functional requirements related to data retention and archival - Review and challenge taxonomy requirements for hierarchies - Implement data governance, DQMS, and control frameworks - Utilize Python to provide optimal solutions - Develop dashboards and management information for Treasury functions - Ensure Data SLAs and OLAs are in place - Collaborate with Global Process Leaders for infrastructure and capabilities delivery - Optimize current business model for straight-through processing Qualifications Required: - Strong track record in data management and operating model execution - 6+ years of overall work experience with 4+ years in relevant data management - Proactive, independent, and displays strong initiative - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Consistently high performer and role model of core values - Hands-on experience in data management in Tier 1 Bank - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala - Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, BigQuery, Azure) - Familiarity with API integrations, real-time data processing, and automation - Knowledge of financial risk management and treasury operations - Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions - Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance processes - Experience with real-time financial data processing and analytics - Knowledge of machine learning models for treasury forecasting Please note that candidates with a notice period of 60 days or lesser are preferred.
