Software Engineer Android

We are looking for an Android Engineer to help us build and improve Fi s mobile app experience used by millions of users. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, eager to learn, and excited to solve complex problems in fintech. Responsibilities: Build, test, and ship high-quality Android features with clean, maintainable code. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure app stability across devices. Stay updated with the latest Android frameworks, libraries, and best practices. Contribute to code reviews, team discussions, and technical documentation. What we re looking for: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Android development. Proficiency in Kotlin and solid understanding of MVVM architecture. Strong experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Room, and Dagger 2. Good understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and REST APIs. Familiarity with Android Studio, Git, and Gradle. Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Nice to have Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Exposure to performance optimization and analytics tools. Interest in fintech or consumer-facing apps.
