This role will focus on validating hardware, software, and system-level functionality while ensuring compliance with automotive safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience testing automotive electrical systems and enjoy working cross-functionally with engineering teams, suppliers, and manufacturing operations to deliver high-quality vehicle systems. Responsibilities Develop and execute Design Verification Plans (DVPs) for TPMS systems on bench setups, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments, and vehicle platforms. Support the development and validation of TPMS hardware, software, and system requirements. Lead and participate in design reviews with internal engineering teams and external suppliers. Create, review, and maintain quality and engineering documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FMVSS, ECE, RF certification, and homologation standards. Track issues, test results, and project status using FEDE and JIRA. Support vehicle development milestones and product launches through issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution activities. Collaborate with Chassis, Vehicle Operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful vehicle integration. Support APQP and PPAP activities with suppliers and manufacturing facilities. Travel as needed to supplier locations and assembly plants to support design reviews, validation, and launch activities. Maintain engineering deliverables such as FEDE BOMs, Netcom Message Lists, configurable parameter verification, and other program documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field. Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and/or testing automotive electrical systems. Experience working with automotive hardware, software, and system validation. Experience developing and executing test plans and validation activities. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Preferred Qualifications Experience with vehicle communication network tools such as CANalyzer . Experience with wireless or RF-based technologies. Familiarity with automotive development processes and launch activities. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and automotive quality standards. Why Join Us?
