About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide software or production support for applications - Troubleshoot integration issues, and third-party services - Coordinate with development teams for bug resolution and enhancements - Analyze logs, monitor system performance, and perform debugging - Experience with .NET applications - Basic experience with Python for troubleshooting - Advanced SQL skills (queries, joins, indexes, stored procedures) - Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, and change management) - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking - Transparent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously Job Requirements : - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role as Software Engineer or Production Support Engineer. - Strong understanding of .NET technologies (e.g., ASP.NET) and SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL). .
