Business Intelligence Analyst

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of impactful dashboards and visualizations as a Business Intelligence Consultant. Your role will involve understanding fundamentals of data preparation/data modeling for visualization, gathering reporting requirements, architecting solutions, and delivering reports in a timely manner. You should have strong expertise in designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or ServiceNow for data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will be involved in performance monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimizing dashboards, connecting to multiple data sources, publishing and sharing dashboards, and scheduling data refreshes. Strong SQL skills, experience in ETL tools, and a solid understanding of Power BI and/or ServiceNow user and group security configuration are crucial for this role.
