Job Title : L2 Application Support Engineer - Retail Banking & Lending Applications Experience : 4 - 8 Years Location : Chennai Employment Type : Full-Time About the Role : We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to manage production support activities for Retail Banking and Lending applications. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting capabilities, SQL expertise, and experience supporting banking applications in production environments. Key Responsibilities : - Provide L2 production support for Retail Banking and Lending applications. - Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. - Investigate application, integration, and database issues. - Monitor system availability and performance. - Perform data validation and backend analysis. - Coordinate with business users and technical teams. - Support deployment activities and application releases. - Prepare RCA reports and problem management documentation.
