As an Automation Engineer LCM RPA at our Automation and Tools Automation Operation in Noida, you will play a vital role in driving and leading Life Cycle Management (LCM) and development deliveries. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using standardized tools like RPA, ENABLE, MATE, and in-house tools. - Managing the LCM of live automation solutions. - Facilitating the implementation of global automation initiatives for managed services customers. - Fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team. - Ensuring 24/7 availability of tools and automation for deployed customers within the LCM scope. - Defining and managing SLAs with various stakeholders for end-to-end tools and automation support. - Creating a productive team environment, providing feedback, and supporting optimal work-life balance. - Driving improvement programs and planning career development for team members. - Managing work level agreements, service level agreements, customer escalations, and business continuity. - Contributing to stakeholder meetings and ensuring process adherence within the team. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. - 2-4 years of experience in automation engineering or software development. - Proven experience in managing automation/software development projects and operation teams. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Enable, Mate, UiPath, or similar. - Prior development experience is strongly preferred.
