About the role
Responsibilities
• Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM’s EQuIS™ databases and other data systems. • Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support. • Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for a wide variety of environmental projects. • Coordinate with ERM and client-contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and reporting objectives are met. • Support ERM’s Technical Communities in developing innovative data services and automated workflows. • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors. • Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring quality standards. Requirements • BS/BA degree in environmental science, data management, analytics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience. • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in environmental data management with strong analytical and database skills. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in EarthSoft’s EQuIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access). • Ability to analyze data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of a project. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing deadlines. • Comfortable working in a computer-based, desk-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with EQuIS modules such as SPM and Collect. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps. • Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or simila
