About the role
As a Cloud DevOps Technical Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of DevOps engineers and ensuring the end-to-end operations of either Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Your expertise in Landing Zone architecture and enterprise-scale cloud governance will be crucial for the success of our projects. Here is what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to implement secure, scalable, and standardized infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices. - Oversee platform architecture decisions, establish operational guardrails, and ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards. - Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-availability services, operational excellence, and support digital transformation initiatives. Technologies and Tools Must Haves: - GitHub & GitHub Actions - Harness (CI/CD) - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation (CFT), Ansible, ARM Templates, or Bicep - JFrog Platform (Artifactory, Xray) - Kubernetes & Linux - Programming & Scripting Languages: Python, TypeScript, or Java Technologies and Tools Good to Have: - Jenkins - Multi-Platform CI/CD environments - Monitoring, Logging & Observability - Security & Compliance - Release & Deployment Management - System Reliability & Troubleshooting Skills and Attributes for Success: - Technical Leadership & Guidance - Continuous Learning - Communication - Technical Aptitude & Critical Thinking - Ownership - Collaboration - Ambiguity Navigation - Mentorship - Positive Attitude What We Look For Qualifications: - Experience of 8 to 10 years in cloud platforms, DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, and operations leadership. - Technical & Managerial Expertise in defining DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and continuous delivery standards. - Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management. - Certifications Preferred: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional (DOP-C02), additional certifications in cloud governance, security, or Kubernetes.
