About the role
As an Assistant Director Time and Expense Assistant Product Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in enabling innovative technologies that support core operating processes across the Opportunity and Engagement Lifecycle and its related Finance Applications. Your primary objective will be to create a superior customer experience by investing in innovation and delivering efficient, quality services. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and document business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure ERP components align with organizational goals. - Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense components, including user stories and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements. - Support the lead Product Manager in interactions with stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring mutual understanding of requirements. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SAP components in supporting business operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. - Manage functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle, prioritizing tickets and ensuring SLA compliance. - Analyze batch failures/errors, summarize findings, and assist with financial impact assessments related to disrupted processes. - Coach, mentor, and develop team members, overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning. Skills and attributes for Success: - 5+ years of experience in a large business system environment, focusing on SAP Concur employee expense solution. - Direct experience in supporting Time and Expense operations for a global professional services organization. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including cross-cultural communication abilities. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to work independently on multiple complex projects, and flexibility to work outside regular office hours. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in finance, business, computer science, or related discipline. - 5+ years of relevant experience in an SAP Concur function. - Possession of a current (non-expired) professional, industry-recognized certification preferred.
