Job Name - GDS Consulting AI & Data HLS Leader Position Summary The AI & Data Leader (ED) will be responsible for accelerating thefollowing strategic objectives: Designing and executing the AI & Data blueprint for hyper growth in all relevant areas within HLS sector Enabling member firms in growing AI & Data HLS footprint by providing assets/tools, global methods, pre-sales, solutioning, and end-to[1]end delivery services Design and deploy data analytics solutions using various tools and technologies, including cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP Develop and implement machine learning models and AI applications for healthcare-specific use case This role will be global in nature as it is part of the Global leadership team, will work closely with EY Global AI & Data team and Regional HLS sector leaders to grow AI & Data footprint across Fields of Play (FOP) Demonstrating thought leadership around trends in AI & Data and elevating EYs positioning in global AI & Data Analyst ecosystem like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, HFS, Everest, AIM research. Also demonstrate Thought leadership in local ecosystem like NASSCOM, AI & Data Partner events, Campus interactions Accountable for delivery of AI & Data transformation programs for Strategic EY HLS accounts. Ensure Zero Surprise delivery risks by standardizing global delivery methods into agile, repeatable processes based on strong focus on delivery excellence Leading GDS location strategy for Coimbatore to create Global working models and growing local AI & Data team to support global demand Developing and training team members to attain new skills (e.g.GenAI, digital) and helping them to become transformation leaders of the future Essential Functions of the job Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their needs, gatherrequirements, and communicate findings to technical and non-technicalstakeholders Solution Development & Implementation: Translate analyticalfindings into strategic recommendations and apply data analysistechniques to build effective healthcare solutions Stay updated on trends, advancements in data science tools, andhealthcare regulations. Understand healthcare data sources Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project expectations, andmaintain relationships within EY Motivating and managing GDS AI & Data teams, often acrossborders and from a diverse set of backgrounds. Attract, build, mentor anddirect a high-performing cohesive team Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities Professional with the ability to make most of the decisions pertaining to AI & Data HLS team / AI & Data Coimbatore team growth, investment in new areas of technology and people issues Defining Coimbatore location strategy with respect to global locations,building integrated operating model, identifying right pricing, and acquiringlocal talent Sharp focus on building competitive cost of delivery Defining winning themes and building differentiated solutions for HLS sector Education & Experience Minimum of bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field with 15-20 years of experience. Graduate from top colleges or having a PhD is a huge plus Experience in management consulting and IT advisory consulting organizations is a huge plus Experience in delivery projects involving data analysis, particularly with ETL development, data warehousing, big data, or data engineering Experience of managing practice/accounts with HC above 200+ would be a huge plus Demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the C level of Fortune 500 companies Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a matrixed organization and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting services. Knowledge and Skills Requirements Technology operations expertise, preferably in Data and Analytics, 15-20 years across roles spanning client delivery, innovation, solutionarchitecting, people, and program management. At least last 10+ years intechnical leadership roles Demonstrate strong consulting and delivery experience, with soundunderstanding of typical client IT environment and associated challengesand solutions, with proven ability to sell and execute large scaleconsulting engagements with a distributed delivery mindset Specialized HLS sector experience: Familiarity with healthcare datasources, systems (e.g., EHRs), workflows, terminology, and keychallenges within the industry is paramount.
