Assistant Manager - People Consulting (Data Analytics & BI)

As an Assistant Manager in the People Consulting team at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce for clients in alignment with their organizational plans. Your focus will be on providing production management support to customers and engagement teams, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective problem resolution. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and supporting technical queries from end-users, resolving product/service problems, and expediting correction or adjustment. - Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, customizing visuals, and implementing DAX measures to meet client-specific KPIs. - Building and maintaining ETL pipelines using Python, performing data ingestion, transformation, and validation for structured and semi-structured data. - Automating pre-ETL and post-ETL processes to improve data flow efficiency, supporting OCN setup, troubleshooting OCN-related issues, and collaborating with stakeholders for enhancements. - Maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards based on evolving business needs, executing work associated with the implementation of EY tools, and assisting in the coordination of project activities. - Creating knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency.
