Generative AI Manager - Insurance Domain

Role Overview: As a Manager (Gen AI) at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver Gen AI solutions for insurance clients in various domains such as marketing/sales, underwriting, claims, pricing, and fraud. Your role will involve developing and implementing Gen AI strategies tailored to the insurance industry, integrating Gen AI tools into existing workflows, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, and overseeing the development, training, and deployment of Gen AI models. This position requires over 10 years of experience in AI and advanced analytics, with a strong track record in insurance analytics, as well as in-depth knowledge of Generative AI and solution design concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI/AI strategies specifically tailored to the Insurance industry. - Champion and oversee the successful integration of Gen AI tools and solutions into existing workflows and processes. - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. - Oversee the development, training, and deployment of Gen AI models for tasks within the insurance domain. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical considerations when utilizing Gen AI technologies. - Get involved in business development, client engagement, proposal writing, and presentation of solutions to senior stakeholders and clients. - Contribute to the growth of the Gen AI ecosystem within the company by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and internal awareness. - Stay up to date on the latest advancements and trends in Gen AI and apply them to relevant insurance applications. - Present and communicate the results and insights of solutions to clients and stakeholders. - Manage a team of Gen AI specialists and provide direction and guidance on project execution. - Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices and methodologies for insurance. Qualification Required: - Over 10 years of experience in AI and advanced analytics, including more than 5 years specializing in insurance analytics. - Bachelors / masters degree in data science, AI, Gen AI, or AI/ML. - In-depth knowledge of Generative AI and Solution design concepts and methodologies. - Strong expertise in the application of AI techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. - Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Gen AI (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Experience with data preprocessing techniques for AI models and understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. - Strong background in Azure-based AI and Data technologies is a must.
