The Opportunity As part of the enterprise reporting and analytics landscape, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering robust SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) solutions that enable reliable, high-performance reporting. This opportunity allows you to work closely with business and technical stakeholders, leverage SAP HANA-powered data models, and drive scalable, secure, and optimized reporting architectures aligned with enterprise data strategies while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Your Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex SAP BusinessObjects reports, including Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, and dashboards, to meet diverse business requirements. Architect and optimize Universes (UNX/IDT), ensuring scalability, reusability, and alignment with enterprise data models. Utilize SAP HANA models, including Calculation Views and CDS Views, as primary data sources to deliver high-performance reporting solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver impactful reporting outputs. Lead data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Drive performance optimization of reports, queries, and Universes by leveraging HANA push-down capabilities and best practices. Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting complex reporting and data-related issues while ensuring adherence to SLAs. Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and deployment activities across multiple environments. Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and role-based access controls within BOBJ and HANA ecosystems. Mentor junior team members and contribute to establishing best practices, reporting standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and attributes for success Design, develop, and maintain complex SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reports including Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, and dashboards. Architect and optimize Universes (UNX/IDT), ensuring scalability, reusability, and alignment with enterprise data models. Work extensively with SAP HANA models (Calculation Views, CDS Views) as primary reporting sources, ensuring optimal performance.
