About the role
As a Red Team Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, your role will involve conducting red team engagements to simulate real-world adversaries across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will be responsible for executing various offensive security techniques and maintaining professional reporting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct red team engagements across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments - Perform OSINT, reconnaissance, and cloud enumeration on AWS, Azure, and GCP - Execute web application exploitation, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing - Carry out spear phishing campaigns, MFA bypass techniques, and VPN/VDI exploitation - Perform Active Directory attacks, privilege escalation, and lateral movement - Test EDR evasion and detection bypass techniques - Abuse CI/CD and DevOps pipelines to identify security gaps - Conduct cloud red teaming, including IAM abuse and privilege escalation - Simulate data exfiltration scenarios involving SharePoint, OneDrive, VDI, and VPN - Perform ransomware and impact simulations in a safe manner - Ensure artifact cleanup and operational security post-engagement - Deliver high-quality technical and executive-level reports with actionable insights Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of red teaming experience - Strong hands-on offensive knowledge - Practical exposure to cloud and hybrid environments preferred This position requires expertise in OSINT, cloud recon, web application exploitation, VAPT, spear phishing, MFA bypass, VPN/VDI exploitation, AD attacks, EDR evasion, CI/CD abuse, cloud red teaming, data exfiltration, ransomware simulations, and reporting standards. Physical red teaming exposure is a bonus.
