As a Junior Network Administrator at eSparkBiz, you will have the opportunity to join our team and contribute to network and system troubleshooting, OS installations, and technical support across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues (Windows, Linux, Mac). - Provide technical support for hardware/software problems. - Install and configure OS (Windows, Linux, Mac). - Assist with DNS, IP address management, and network configurations. - Monitor and maintain network and system uptime.
