You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security and availability of the network infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any network issues that may arise. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in network engineering, a CCIE certification and exposure to technologies like Meraki, CheckPoint, CradlePoint, SDWan, F5 and Nexus Switches. You should also have excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure. Responsibilities Design, configure and deploy network solutions for clients, including LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, load balancing, VPN and cloud servicesMonitor and manage the network performance, availability and security, using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark and SplunkTroubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, firewall, VPN and wireless problemsProvide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams, as well as document network configurations, changes and best practicesResearch and evaluate new network technologies and solutions, and recommend improvements and upgradesCollaborate with other network engineers, project managers and vendors, and ensure compliance with network standards and policies Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a consulting or service provider environmentCCIE certification or equivalent level of knowledge and skillsHands-on experience with technologies like Meraki, CheckPoint, CradlePoint, SDWan, F5 and Nexus SwitchesStrong knowledge of network protocols, standards and architectures, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, VLAN, STP, VRF and VPCExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure, and manage multiple projects and deadlinesWillingness to work on-call as needed Working Place: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Company : ESR Healthcare .
