As an experienced programmer needed for a company building a program that manages timesheets, calculates payroll, invoices, and more, your role will involve enhancing system performance, adding new features, and potentially developing a mobile app in the future. It is essential to have prior experience working on a SAAS application to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in daily standup meetings to discuss coding progress - Work on backend features for the program - Answer follow-up questions about work experience - Engage in phone interviews and video calls using Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of programming experience - Proficiency in Laravel PHP - Prior experience in app development - Comfortable with working entirely remotely Please note that this is a full-time position with a monthly salary, not a contract hire. As part of a distributed team working remotely, self-motivation and responsibility are crucial attributes since direct managerial supervision may not be readily available.
