Landscape Architect International Hospitality Projects

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed design packages for hospitality and mixed-use projects. Your role will involve designing innovative, sustainable, and guest-focused outdoor environments. Additionally, you will coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and international project teams, prepare presentations, mood boards, design narratives, and client-facing materials. You will also handle planting strategies, hardscape detailing, material selection, and site planning, supporting projects through concept, design development, tender, and execution stages while ensuring design quality and compliance with international hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed design packages for hospitality and mixed-use projects. - Design innovative, sustainable, and guest-focused outdoor environments. - Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and international project teams. - Prepare presentations, mood boards, design narratives, and client-facing materials. - Handle planting strategies, hardscape detailing, material selection, and site planning. - Support projects through concept, design development, tender, and execution stages. - Ensure design quality and compliance with international hospitality standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. - 712 years of relevant experience. - Mandatory experience in international hospitality/resort projects. - Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality landscape design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred). - Strong design presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.
