Solution Intelligence Specialist

As a Solution Intelligence Specialist (SIS) at Essex Lake Group LLC, your role will involve owning one or more work streams and deliverables within a project. You will lead a team of Analysts and Associates, demonstrating leadership skills in content delivery and team management. Your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, synthesizing analysis with the team, formulating recommendations, and managing implementation efforts. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with the Engagement Manager and Client Initiative Leader to manage all client expectations. You are also expected to contribute to firm development by leading training activities, managing logistics functions, and helping develop areas of expertise within the firm.
