Quality Engineer/Supervisor

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure product compliance with specifications and standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products to identify areas for improvement. Utilize SAP and MS Office tools to analyze quality data, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges and ensure timely resolution. Train and mentor production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or supervision within the appliances or light engineering industry. Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical process control (SPC). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is preferred. Age: Between 30 & 40 years old.
