Workday Integration Analyst

Design and develop integrations between Workday and HR systems, financial systems, and external vendors. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Configure and maintain Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud Platform (ICP), and other tools. Manage the end-to-end integration development lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including investigating and resolving data inconsistencies and errors. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday integrations and related processes. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday integrations, including experience with Workday Studio, ICP, and EIBs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of HR and finance processes is a plus. Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
