Piping Engineer / Piping Modeller

Piping Engineer / Piping Modeller Candidate would be responsible for 3D modelling and drawing generation of piping, structural items and P&IDs for Fired Heater / Piping related projects being executed by the company. Job Includes : Piping layout/design as per project specifications and applicable codes 3D modelling of Piping, Structure, Equipment, and accessories in Autodesk Plant3D software Piping Detail Engineering Generation of GA, Isometric, Fabrication drawings for Piping, Structure and Equipment Generation of Bill of Materials (MTO) Drawing checking. Supervision of Drafting Work. Review of sub-vendor drawings and designs Preparation of procurement lists Coordination between different departments / agencies involved. Progress Reporting Any other activity required to ensure job completion in time and as per client requirements. Desired Candidate Profile : Education: B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Drafting Good knowledge of the Plant 3D software is required. Good knowledge of Piping related codes and standards as generally applicable to Refining, Oil & gas industry(ASME B31.3, etc.)Candidate should have good communication, PR skills and should be good at computer usage. Candidate with knowledge / experience in applicable codes and software of pressure parts design, structural design and mechanics would be preferred.
