Associate Product Manager Fleet SaaS

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and execution of our Logistics & 3PL Platform. This role is highly execution-focused you will work closely with senior PMs, engineering, and operations teams to build and improve systems across vehicle rentals, order management, delivery workflows, and partner operations. You will play a key role in translating business problems into product requirements and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of features. What Youll Work On Logistics platform modules: rentals, rider management, order flows, delivery operations, and partner systems Day-to-day execution of product initiatives across web dashboards and mobile apps Supporting roadmap execution and feature roll-outs Product tracking, analytics, and operational performance improvements Key Responsibilities: Product Execution & Delivery Problem Understanding & Requirement Gathering Data & Performance Tracking Cross-Functional Coordination Continuous Improvement Good to Have Exposure to EV mobility, fleet management, or delivery ecosystems Basic SQL or data analysis skills Experience working with operations-heavy teams or field teams Requirements5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Analyst / Business Analyst roles Experience working on logistics, mobility, SaaS, or operations-driven platforms Strong execution capability with attention to detail Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and workflows Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, and product architecture basics Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking metrics and analysing performance Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Excel/Sheets, and analytics dashboards .
