Business Analyst - Emerging Lead

As an experienced Business Analyst at our company, you will work closely with business and technology teams on enterprise-scale data and regulatory platforms. Your role will involve requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and functional design to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into actionable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business, regulatory, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, data requirements, and process flows. - Act as a bridge between business users and engineering teams. - Support regulatory reporting, finance data, and risk initiatives. - Perform impact analysis for changes in data, processes, or regulations. - Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage. - Assist with data reconciliation, validation, and analysis. - Maintain documentation including BRDs, user stories, and test scenarios. - Work in Agile/Scrum delivery models. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. - 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation. - Experience working with finance, regulatory, or risk data. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
