Role Overview: At Arth, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the Construction Industry with Digital Solutions. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining digital initiatives that align with the organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, overseeing project teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through long-term partnerships. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and site teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and operational margins. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client needs, business goals, and define a vision to align stakeholders around it - Stay on top of project needs, ensuring services meet client requirements - Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, producing project reports for management - Generate progress reports and data analytics for clients and internal stakeholders - Support client team in preparing review presentations for senior management - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data for application implementation - Collaborate with backend team to create features addressing customer needs - Identify and troubleshoot problems through customer review meetings and field-level solutions - Manage BIM Execution Plan (BEP) adherence across teams and oversee 3D modeling standards - Review discipline-wise and federated 3D models before client submission - Lead the development of 4D simulations aligned with project controls for progress monitoring - Conduct training programs and provide guidance on CDE and Technology processes - Act as the single point of contact for all Digital Delivery-related matters with client teams Qualification Required: - Graduation in Civil Engineering with Post-Graduation in Management (MBA/PGDM) from an accredited institute - 7+ years of relevant work experience in the construction industry - Program Management skills and understanding of construction processes - Interest in technology and staying updated with current trends - Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and managing multiple priorities - Good communication skills, team player, and collaborator Join Arth in reimagining the future of construction by connecting with us to explore innovative digital solutions that propel projects to new heights of success.
