Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of scalable and maintainable turbine software systems - Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural solutions and development guidelines - Write high-quality, testable code, analyze complex codebases, and implement fixes - Collaborate across engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, integration, and adherence to SLAs - Provide expert troubleshooting and operational support, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation - Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, tools, and developing utilities supporting operations and maintenance Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline - 5+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance - General knowledge or experience in Secure Product Development or Cyber Security is beneficial - ISTQB Software Testing Certification is an advantage - Ability and motivation to understand complex technical domains and system behaviors - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps environments - Proficiency with industry tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps - Demonstrated experience as a Testing/QA Lead within an Agile software development organization Company Details: Vestas Technology & Operations (VTO) is the integrated CTO and COO organization within Vestas, focusing on transforming the way Vestas engineers, sources, contracts, manufactures, and delivers its products.
