Solutions Architect

As a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect at ADP, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. You will collaborate with a team of friendly, passionate product managers and developers to bring products to the market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical design sessions and architecture review boards - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams - Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies - Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and technologies - Create and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives - Drive innovation through emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and IoT - Evaluate and implement Salesforce AgentForce and AI capabilities - Lead digital transformation initiatives and modernization efforts - Conduct regular architecture health checks and optimization reviews - Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AgentForce - Pre-build and prototype Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals - Implement Salesforce data models, roles, data sharing rules following best practices - Develop scalable, re-usable, highly efficient solution design - Oversee solution development and integrations with third-party systems - Participate in discovery, design, and delivery - Document clearly articulated, well-defined solutions - Provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices - Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders - Collaborate across multiple teams to drive innovation and product enhancement Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications - Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining cloud-based Salesforce CRM solutions in an Agile environment - Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences - Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, analytics, security & compliance, modern web technologies, and microservices architecture - Experience with data architecture, security, governance, and additional Salesforce clouds - Relevant certifications including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Agentforce Specialist, and Platform App Builder Apply now to be part of a dynamic, inclusive team at ADP and make a difference in the lives of millions of people every day.
