Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ab Initio Administrator / Technical Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Ab Initio Administration, Linux Administration, and Python . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex application support and development projects, coordinating with clients and offshore teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Ab Initio Administration .

Expertise in Linux Administration .

Proficiency in Python scripting and automation .

Experience managing and supporting enterprise-scale data integration environments.

Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

10+ years of overall IT industry experience.

Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.

Strong delivery management and coordination experience.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Experience handling complex software application development and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Ab Initio environments across development, testing, and production platforms.

Manage Linux servers and support infrastructure-related activities.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.

Coordinate with clients, business users, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead delivery activities and manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Work closely with offshore resources and provide technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with onsite team members to resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.

Ensure application stability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.

• Strong experience in Ab Initio Administration and Linux Administration.

• Hands-on experience with Python scripting.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles and delivery coordination.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
