• Position Summary:

• • The Directory Services Engineer will be responsible for the engineering and support of products related to our various Directory Services platforms. This role will primarily be focused on assisting with the day-to-day operational components of Active Directory, Azure AD, Access Management, and Active Directory Integrated DNS.

• Position Responsibilities:

• • Perform basic Microsoft Active Directory related tasks such as AD health monitoring and troubleshooting, account and group management, and general AD integrated DNS tasks (Add/Remove records).

• • Perform basic Microsoft Azure AD related tasks such as application onboarding and MFA configuration.

• • Troubleshoot Active Directory domain issues including AD replication, Client, and DNS

• • Provide Tier III support for a variety of products and technologies by investigating and troubleshooting incidents and issues to resolution and providing well documented status updates.

• • Participate in Change Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management calls.

• Required Technical Skills

• • Advanced working knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and above.

• • Advanced working knowledge of Active Directory, Client, DNS, and DHCP technologies

• • Advanced working knowledge of Azure Active Directory architecture and concepts

• • Advanced Active Directory ID and Security Group management experience

• • Basic knowledge of Office 365

• • Basic working knowledge of networking concepts such as subnetting and routing

• • Ability to navigate VMWare vSphere virtual environments

• • Good working knowledge of Service Now or other equivalent incident management tools
