Qualifications & Requirements

1. Top 3 Must have skills - Knowledge on IT Asset mgmt./ Remedy asset console, Project coordination skills, Documentation skills

2. Nice to have - Communication, Remedy ver 9+ / 19.02, Discovery tools, Use case preparation and Testing knowledge

3. Skills required (but is not limited to):

• Understanding of IT Asset management process and CMDB

• Ability to document BRD/FSD/Use cases

• Perform testing on pre-prod and prod environments

• Manage the project documentation/ status updates

• Ability to communicate and document processes

• Good knowledge of the project life cycle and the R&R of a Functional Analyst (BRD, FSD, UAT test cases, Documentation, training etc)

• RESPONSIBLITIES

• Functional & Technical SME working on Remedy upgrade/ migration project for Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) / CMDB.

• To understand functional requirements / tool capabilities and work with Project team to align processes, procedures and tools that support the use of the CMDB

• Manage the life cycle of migration from requirement analysis through to UAT, data migration, process documentation, internal Training & awareness and go-live/handholding support
