What are you going to do?

You build and maintain software with which our business customers can take out, mutate or view insurance products with us;

You do that by working with the latest technology

You think along in how we can present insurance products in a smart way;

You work with our team on a SAFe method, every quarter we prepare all activities and we work in sprints of three weeks;

You work with a CI/CD approach: we keep our features as small as possible, we automate a lot of testing and deploy to production as often as necessary.

You work together with all disciplines in our team;

We hope to find an excellent developer in you who has the potential and ambition to grow into the role of Lead Developer in due course. You enjoy working on new initiatives and you work on improving and innovating where necessary.

What are you taking with you?

A completed IT related education at HBO level

You have 1-2 years of work experience in software development.

You are eager to learn and have a driven personality. You like to tackle complex issues and you know how to solve them in the interest of the organization (customer-result- and quality-oriented).

You can work well with the different characters in your team.

You can communicate well and clearly. You dare to address people and you know how to connect people.

You go for results and quality! You always ensure that the sprint goals are achieved with your team.
