About the role
'Requirement
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
1-2 years experience and knowledge in application development and support, preferably in insurance or finance.

Experience with web development technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, React and PHP preferred.
-
Knowledge in MuleSoft, Azure, OpenShift and Dynatrace for application integration, deployment and monitoring is a nice-to-have.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Job Duties:

Provide support for internal applications used within the organization.

Provide Level 1 to 3 support for applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and resolution of technical issues.

Monitor application performance and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation.
-
Collaborate with the offshore team to provide incident support and perform root cause analysis.
-
Communicate effectively with the offshore team, clients, and stakeholders.
-
Contribute to the development of technical solutions based on business requirements.
-
Implement enhancements to improve application functionality.
-
Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
