Application Support Team Lead - Data

Skills Requirement

• • Bachelor's degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent.

• • Proficient in written English & Chinese; Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

• • Over 3 years of full life-cycle experience in the analysis, architecture, design documentation

• • At least 10 years' experience in IT and 5 years experiences as team lead on managing a team size 5+ people.

• • Solid Experiences in Application Support and Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Causes analysis and Problem Resolution

• • Maintain a positive attitude and have good communication skills for client and team management.

• • Preferred Insurance application support experiences

• Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory Tecnical Skills:

• • Mule ESB or equivalent ESB solution experience with REST and SOAP web services

• • Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks or equivalent ETL tool

• • Strong knowledge of OpenShift, CI/CD

• • Strong knowledge of web services (WSDL Soap, Restful)

• • Strong knowledge of relation database, specifically Microsoft SQL (SQL - PL/SQL)

• • Knowledge in one of the following programming languages: node.js, java, python

• • Good understanding of Azure Cloud (Azure function, Azure Logic app, ADLS, Azure DevOps)

• • Understanding on CDC solution, medallion architecture and data modelling

• • Understanding on using tools to perform monitoring such as kibana, dynatrace

• • Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of code.

• • Experience on FSI is preferred.
