About the role
Role- Archer Testing Manager
Location – Munich, Germany
Start Date – Immediate
Remote – Yes, fully remote
Mode of Employment: TP
Responsible for Organizing, planning, coordinating, and controlling the testing process and activities.
Responsible for preparation of test plans and test execution.
Responsible for leading and managing the team.
Provide quality input during the design phase.
Defining and monitoring the quality goals and ensuring high-quality products
Functional IT GRC Knowledge and experience of working on Archer.
Knowledge of administration features- data feeds, notifications, calculations, access control, environment parameters etc.
Documenting and preparing the test results and reports.
Manage large business use cases and the efforts of other Archer testers.
Articulate best practices to test the modules of Archer.
Stakeholder management and communication.
Ability to lead the discussions of requirement gathering with client and draft stories.
Must be a German speaking.
Automation testing, Performance testing and load testing Strong grasp of testing processes, test automation, & software life cycle Understanding of Agile and how to work in DevOps, JIRA and other tools.
Prior knowledge of Archer is a must for this position.
Experts at developing test strategies, test cases, evaluating scripts.
Good Analytical Skills.
Awareness about project implementation life cycle Expert in adjusting to shifting priorities & deadlines.
German speaking Proficient in different modules of Archer
Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and writing queries
Knowledge of other GRC tools
Knowledge of ITSM and CMDB Project management
Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective.
Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge.
Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off
