About the role
You have extensive experience in building and leading robust test automation framework efforts within Agile/DevOps, CI, using BDD/Test NG approach. Your responsibilities include: - API Automation (Basics- Good to have) - Hands-on experience and coding skills with programming language - Python - Tools/frameworks: Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, Git, or other source control and CI, CD tools - Leading test automation initiatives including evaluation and identification of appropriate test framework, building test tools to improve code quality and application performance for web and windows-based applications - Experience working with databases - building and solving test data management/related concerns for the team - Designing, developing test plans, and functional test cases from business requirements and conceptual documents - Providing estimates on the scope and scale of effort required to test changes - Setting up, configuring, and maintaining test environments - Tracking record of delivering high-quality work and meeting all requirements within the scheduled timeframe - Collaborating closely with the development team to analyze, debug, and resolve application issues Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of software development and test experience For the Mainframe Tester position, you should have the following skills: - Experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, File AID - Proficiency in SQL, DB2 - Experience with automation tools, tool development using ISPF, CLIST, and REXX Additional details of the company have not been provided in the job description.
