periodical alignment meetings, mainly concerning project leader.

Short description of the scope of work
Analysis and recommendation for action on the topics of data management, specifically the deletion
of data. Following certain criteria, certain personal data must be deleted/anonymized. An analysis
should show which systems use the designated data and to what extent links must be taken into
account.
Deliverables
Phase 1 (Quarter 1)
- Analyze and record the software-as-a-service (SaaS) landscape of five customers in terms of how
customer data is stored and used.

Identification and analysis of data flows in the SaaS environment.

Investigation of the linkages of specific data across systems in a customer's SaaS environment.
Result: Documentation and presentation
