Build new VDI Images
Security Ops
Monitoring the security centre (firewall/guard duty/inspector) and acting on alerts found within the squads, enforcing actions if needed.
Patching
Monitoring patching compliance
Patching VDis / Servers
Coordinating tasks with Squads
User access
Fulfilling user access requests – inc removal
Cost usage monitoring
Supporting infra tasks as requested
