About the role
Domain: Preferred Commercial Banking experience/financial crime/ Customer onboarding (3 different Client for each domain)
Excellent in understanding business problems and gathering requirements, producing requirement specifications, and identifying and highlighting risks.
Experience working with technical teams to ensure the accurate conversion of business requirements into functional specifications and technical design.
Proven experience with functional solution design in line with business requirements document
Proven track record of stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with project tools such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint together with Jira and other project/ programme reporting methodologies
Excellent communication skills
Bonus: Knowledge of IGA/SLA/KPIs
