About the role
7+ Years of Bitlocker device encryption.
Primary Skill – Microsoft Bitlocker
Secondary Skill – Microsoft System Admin
Work from Home – Hybrid model. May need to be in office for at least 2 day/week
At least 7 + years in Managing MBAM Infrastructure or Microsoft System Administrator with extensive MBAM, BitLocker experience.
Responsible for supporting an enterprise deployment of Microsoft's BitLocker and enforcing the policies.
Monitor the MBAM infrastructure and provide subject matter expertise in implementation and Deployment
Provide guidance and support on backend services like Checkpoint, Jamf, Active Directory/Azure AD, key maintenance, Group Policy considerations.
Provide daily BitLocker administration, patch maintenance etc; monitoring and supporting resolution of encryption incidents, activating encryption on new devices, removing encryption on decommissioned devices
BitLocker Encryption key storage, backup and recovery
Compliance report generation and adherence to compliance
Develop a process that Customer Help Desk can follow for data recovery.
