Secondary - Unix Shell Scripting
3-4 years of experience in IT application support/monitoring
Job monitoring and debugging in Control M / scheduling tools like autosys,TWS, Cron, ETC
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communcation skills
experience with ITIL processes
Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.
Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Flexible to work on On-call support (weekends/non business hours)
