Business Analyst

Description:

The FX business are executing a strategic renewal programme that involves gradual and complete overhaul of the core pricing and trading systems.

We are looking for at least 3 years experience as Business Analyst. It is required Capital markets knowledge.

Requirements

• • Capital Markets knowledge

• • An ability to conduct careful, structured analysis on complex problems or requirements in order to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions.

• • Hands-on business analysis skillset across the full project life cyle: able to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and budget.

• • Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users.

• • Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear, concise test cases.

• • Testing execution capabilities

• • English B2+

• • Good interlocution skills

• • Ability to self-organize

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support the authoring of business documents and presentations, running workshops and managing relationships with stakeholders.

• • Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications.

• • A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the business analyst within it.

• • Agile/Scrum

• • Excel Expert use

• • PowerBI intermediate use
