Job Overview
The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between technical teams and clinical/business stakeholders, focusing on Client data workflows, data normalization efforts, and AWS/Azure -based integrations in a hospital setting. Arabic and English fluency are required.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation : Conduct interviews and workshops (in Arabic/English) to identify data and workflow requirements, specifically around Client-based hospital systems and any AWS/Azure integrations.
Process Documentation & Mapping : Create detailed current-state and future-state process flows, emphasizing areas needing data normalization or microservices enhancements.
Data Analysis & Validation : Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and clinical teams to validate Client data structures, ensure consistency, and address normalization issues.
Solution Alignment : Work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Project Manager to ensure that proposed solutions align with healthcare compliance, project scope, and hospital needs.
Change Management & UAT : Oversee user acceptance testing and coordinate end-user training sessions to ensure system adoption.
Hard Skills
Mandatory
Languages : Fluent in Arabic and English.
Client Knowledge : Familiarity with Client database schemas, PL/SQL basics, and data modeling fundamentals.
Healthcare Industry Experience : Understanding of hospital workflows, possible knowledge of HL7/FHIR or EHR integrations.
Business Analysis Techniques : Proficiency in use cases, BPMN/UML, requirement traceability, and gap analysis.
Optional
Cloud Integration : Exposure to AWS or Azure for data ingestion, migration, or analytics.
Agile/Scrum : Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and sprint reviews.
Data Visualization Tools : Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar for reporting.
Wireframing & Prototyping : Basic skills in Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
