Business Analyst position - (TBD -810)

JD -Key Responsibilities

• Work with product owners and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories.

• Participate in agile meetings such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‐ups etc.

• Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, business rules, and data mapping documentation as needed.

• Assist in user acceptance testing by preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting defects.

• Help maintain the product backlog by tracking priorities, dependencies, and status updates.

• Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to investment and insurance domains.

Required Skills

• Around 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or investment services.

• Basic to moderate understanding of investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds) and insurance products (life, health, protection).

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation in an agile environment.

Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn domain concepts.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross‐functional agile teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or SQL is an advantage.
