Role: Business Analyst

Location – Germany (Remote)

Deliverables-

looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our project 1CSW.

As a Requirements Engineer, will play a critical role in eliciting, analyzing, documenting in user stories, and managing the requirements for our software projects.

will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and development teams, to ensure that the software solutions meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities-

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other collaborative techniques.

• Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and measurable.

• Document requirements using appropriate techniques such as use cases, user stories, and business process models.

• Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.

• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, tracking changes, and ensuring traceability.

• Conduct impact analysis to assess the implications of requirement changes on other project components.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve conflicts and reach consensus on requirements.

• Build dashboards (tables/charts/filters) in an No-Code environment based on the developed requirements

Skills-

• Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer or similar role in software development.

• Solid understanding of requirements engineering principles, processes, and best practices.

• Proficiency in requirement elicitation and analysis techniques.

• Familiarity with modeling techniques such as use cases, user stories, and process modeling.

• Strong documentation and communication skills to articulate requirements clearly and effectively.

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
