Job Purpose

Knowledge of structured testing methods and processes

Proven experience in testing complex user interfaces

Knowledge and experience in manual testing

Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with all levels across the organisation

Knowledge of Health Insurance (highly desirable)

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Review acceptance criteria defined in business requirements and features.

• Prepare test cases (from associated project documentation) in the nominated testing tool, ensuring key stakeholders review and provide approval prior to test execution.

• Prepare test data to support execution of Business Assurance Test cases.

• Perform test execution activities including defect logging, documenting test results (ie. proof of testing), retesting defects, etc.

• Assist peers in providing testing tool and general testing training to business users involved in test execution.

• Provide support to business users during the test case preparation and test execution phases.

• Participate in Production Verification Testing for changes deployed.
